What is your delivery time?
We process orders within 24-48 hours. Our packages usually arrive within 8 business days, but the lead times can be more than 15 business days as we ship from China. Delivery times vary based on the product and destination.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email indicating the progress of your order.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us at kingstonebrothersandco@gmail.com and we will explain the return procedure. You only have to bear the shipping costs.
How does the return policy work?
If you placed your order from an EU (European Union) country, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt, along with its refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard...
Debit cards: We accept debit cards with the Mastercard or Visa logo. If you pay with a prepaid debit card, you must register it before using it for online purchases. You can do this by following the instructions on the map or by contacting their own support teams.
PayPal: PayPal allows members to have a personal account linked to any bank account or credit card for easy checkout payment.
How can I contact customer service?
I still haven't received my order.
Why does it take so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international delivery may take longer than expected due to customs clearance.
Additional delays may occur depending on the time of your order (holiday season, New Year's Eve, etc.). If you still need help tracking your parcel or would like to inquire about it, please contact us via email at:

Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their items online. If you still wish to obtain a refund of your order, we can of course make the payment, provided that the request is made within 15 days of the date of the order and that the relevant product(s) is not on promotion.
